These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which we provide our products and services. By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms.
Quotes & Orders

All quotes are valid for a specified period as outlined in your quotation

Orders are confirmed upon acceptance of the quote and payment of a deposit

Changes to orders after confirmation may incur additional costs
Payment Terms

A deposit is required before orders are placed into production

Final payment is due prior to or upon installation (as agreed)
Custom-Made Products
All products are custom-made to your specifications. As such:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

Returns or refunds are not available for change-of-mind
Installation

Installation dates are scheduled once products are ready

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines

Delays outside of our control (e.g. manufacturing or supply delays) may occur
Access to Property
The customer is responsible for:

Providing safe and reasonable access for installation

Ensuring the work area is clear prior to installation
Warranties & Liability

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties as outlined separately
-
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or circumstances beyond normal use
-
Liability is limited to the supply and installation of the products
Variations
Due to the nature of custom products:

Minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur
-
These are considered normal and not defects
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
